Currently the process of engineering surveys, development of design and tender documentation for the implementation of the first phase of the project for the construction of a multifunctional port-logistic complex Caspian began on the territory of SEPZ. By the end of 2023 the infrastructure of berths № 8,9 of the seaport Olya will be launched into industrial exploitation:
— Grain terminal with a storage capacity of 100 thousand tons. Projected cargo turnover — up to 1.2 million tons per year;
— Oil loading terminal with a storage capacity of 20 thousand tons. Projected cargo turnover — up to 350 thousand tons per year;
— Cargo-container terminal with a projected capacity of about 1 million tons (Construction client — Management Company SEZ «Lotos» JSC);
— Port infrastructure facilities, including railway terminal, access roads, area for storage, facilities of government control authorities, etc.
